To enable HCI functionality, ensure that HCI/CTI/TAPI Call
Control Allowed and HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed are enabled in the Class of
Service Options form.
Once you have completed the programming, the MiTAI and HCI Server services can be started. Don't forget to set them to automatic start-up.
